Charles Siebert was born on 9 March, 1938 in Kenosha, Wisconsin, USA. He was purely an actor, until a he directed an episode of a series that he was co-starring in. From then on, he balanced the two jobs. His is most notable for the lead role in Trapper John M.D. His other credits include acting in One Day at a Time and directing several episodes of Silk Stalkings. He is known in the Xenaverse for directing and acting in several episodes of Xena: Warrior Princess and directing episodes of Hercules: The Legendary Journeys.
