Temple of Order is a temple located in the northern part of the Terrace of the Makers. It was the domain of Keeper Tyr, who was absent during Loken's rebellion. There is no clear sign of a struggle and there are no guardians present, leaving the question of exactly what happened seemingly unanswerable.
