Jangbu Dokyi is the First Dedicate of the Living Circle religion, as well as being the First Dedicate of the Earth temple and the Dedicate Superior of First Circle in Gyongxe. When Yanjing threatens to invade Gyongxe to take control of the material wealth that the temples possess, Dokyi asks Dedicate Rosethorn to take the Treasures of the Living Circle to the Temple of the Sealed Eye. He was once the Treasures' guardian but was unable to complete his quest. Instead, he chose Rosethorn.
