Actor and "stand-up" educationalist David Keeling appeared on Coronation Street in May 2011 as mechanical technician Dave, who looked over a new hydraulic lift at Websters' Auto Centre which had malfunctioned and ultimately crushed Kevin Webster beneath a vehicle. His other screen credits include roles in A Thing Called Love, EastEnders, Prisoners Wives and Dates, as well as the feature films London to Brighton and Sparks & Embers.
