The Purdy house is a big stone house with a slate roof. It is on Willow River Road, it's grounds backing onto Willow River itself, and stood unoccupied for some time before being bought by Raymond Dalrymple. The house has a secret room on the second floor set up like a bank vault. The wall surrounding the house has had pieces of broken glass fixed to the top to discourage intruders.
