Masaya Ikeda (池田雅也, Ikeda Masaya) is a second year tennis team member at Seigaku. He first appears trying to extort money from Horio, Katō and Katsuo, and is foiled by Ryoma and Momoshiro. He appears in the ranking tournaments and is also seen cheering for Seigaku at matches. He is usually seen with Arai and Hayashi. During the first Ranking matches he is seen playing in Block D along with Ryoma Echizen, which he loses to.
