Kazahaya (風早) is one of the main characters in Harukanaru Toki no Naka de 4. He is technically the first Seiryu of Heaven (天の青龍, Ten no Seiryuu) of the series. His memories are used to bestow a human trait into the Seiryu of Heaven dragon gem, thus influencing the Eight Guardians in later generations of the franchise. His particular trait is "Compassion" (人を思う, hito wo omou).
