This is the list of skills verified to work using the AdvSkill and IncPCS commands, as well as SetAv, ForceAv, and ModAv. Note that AdvSkill will act as if the skill was gained naturally (causing a progress in leveling), while SetAv does not and allows player to set skills beyond 100.
