Karen Jensen is Zoë Castillo's favourite barista, at the Moca Loco in Casablanca. Zoë notes that the fact she has a favourite barista means she needs to cut back on the coffee. Karen is very friendly toward Zoë, tempting her with chocolate brownies and offering her lattes on the house. She also asks Zoë about her relationship with Reza Temiz: she can tell that Zoë still cares about him, and claims Reza is cute (though if Zoë asks if she's going to make a move, Karen claims she's spoken for). Karen tips Zoë off that the EYE are after her in Chapter 12. Karen is voiced by Jenny Maher.
