James "Buster" Davis (born October 20, 1983 in Daytona Beach, Florida) is an American football linebacker who is currently a free agent. He was drafted by the Arizona Cardinals in the third round of the 2007 NFL Draft. He played college football at Florida State. Davis has also been a member of the Detroit Lions, Indianapolis Colts and Houston Texans. Currently, Davis is a graduate assistant for the University of South Dakota football team, serving as a Linebackers Coach
