The President of Aldegar (Aldegarian: Ra'is -ye Jomhur) is the Aldegarian head of state. The President represents the nation in international relations, administers the foreign political activity of the state, conducts negotiations and concludes international treaties. The President is also in charge of national security policies and is the Commander-in-Chief of the Aldegarian Armed Forces. The President is directly elected for a six year term which can renewed for an unlimited number of times.
