Uhika was a female individual who served as a governor at some point prior to the Imperial lock down of the Anoat sector. When she was still alive, Uhika forced the Nikto Cult of Chak'ror to serve as her personal shock troops, threatening to have them annihilated if they refused. The cultists chose to serve her for a while, but were freed from their servitude when the governor died.
