Vikei was a male Siri residing on the Axis Hub Station in the Axis of Time. His carapace had more blue mottling than other Siri and he had six eye-stalks. While nominally under the thrall of the Selakar Lirahn, Vikei was able to break free from her telepathic control following help and training he'd received. He divulged this information to Department of Temporal Investigations agent Teresa Garcia and Starfleet security officer Ellec Krotine while showing them around the station.
