The 1955 German Grand Prix was meant to be an event of the 1955 World Championship which was scheduled to be held at Nürburgring on 31 July 1955. The event was cancelled in the wake of the 1955 Le Mans disaster in which more than 80 spectators and Pierre Levegh were killed.
