This is where you learn the basics of driving from Ol' Gabby. He starts with simple obstacle courses and then lets Dr. F handle F-Energy. Gabby challenges you to a race along with T.O.B.O.R. and Makoto to test your skills in a real race. Dr. F experiments lead you into popping bubbles with soccer balls, racing while Freezer Bunnies attack you and going through an obstacle course track with a lot of boosts. Gabby then holds another race here. When you complete the Ultimate Cup, beat Morcubus and complete the game, Ace challenges you to a one-on-one race during the night with nine laps for the spirit of racing.
