The Stone Canal Bridge is a drawbridge connecting the Neon District and the Warren districts in Empire City. Cole is contacted by Trish Dailey to find her old friend Roger, so he can repair the bridge and she can get her medical supplies to the hospital in the Warren. Roger is held captive by the Dust Men but Cole rescues him and must fend off an onslaught of Dust Men while he repairs the bridge. It gets jammed and Cole is asked to find another engineer, Lou, so he can fix it from the other side in the Neon. The repair is successful, and Trish is able to get her medical supplies across. She later makes another delivery using the bridge in which Cole is required to protect her bus against an army of Reapers and Dust Men. Once they reach the hospital, Alden Tate throws her bus on top of the
