Klavisar was a Human admiral in the Imperial Navy of the Galactic Empire. Originally a TIE pilot, Klavisar rose through the ranks and served briefly on the Naval Command before being demoted back to a normal admiral. Around 2 BBY, he was the commander of the Garret, an Imperial I-class Star Destroyer, and the garrison on the planet of Vestar. He recruited a skilled swoop racer into the Navy while on Vestar, Zelen Yorr. The pilot went on to become his protege.
