During the program Ryoma and Atobe have a long, drawn-out match with the bet that the loser will have to shave their head. Neither will give in and the score count just keeps climbing. Eventually a winner is decided. Atobe doesn't take this to heart and it is clear that he sees Ryoma as more than a cocky player.
