Before the structure was completed, the Everetti Department of Defense had shifted from West Point Military Installation to the Pentagon in Washington DC following the secession of Virginia to the Union of Everett. Upon completion of the Pentastar, the military shifted again to the new complex located on Everett City Air Force Base in Everett City, New York. Not long after, the original Pentagon was demolished as per the terms of the Treaty of Unity. The Pentastar stands at five floors tall above ground and several sub levels. Sub levels A and B are directly under the building. 100 feet under sub level B contains the Department of the Paranormal, Paranormal Emergencies Center, Paranormal Control & Investigation and several classified facilities relating to the PCI. Nearly 1,000 feet below
