Prunella Flundergust is a woman who loves to sing and serves as the Warners' rather temporary nanny in "The Sound of Warners". She is a parody of Maria von Trapp as parodied by Julie Andrews in the movie version of the classic musical, The Sound of Music. Prunella plays the role of the candlestick maker in Wakko's Wish, although her British accent is mysteriously gone, even though she is still voiced by Tress MacNeille.
