Greasy is one of the supporting antagonists of Disney/Touchstone's 1988 hybrid film, Who Framed Roger Rabbit. He is allegedly the runner-up for leader of the Toon Patrol, meaning he's a subordinate to Smarty. He is voiced by Charles Fleischer, who also voiced Psycho in the film.
