Khalid Malu Shia al Ghatani is a citizen of Saudi Arabia who was held in extrajudicial detention in the United States Guantanamo Bay detainment camps, in Cuba. Khalid Malu Shia al Ghatani was captured in Afghanistan and was transferred to Saudi Arabia on December 28, 2007. The Department of Defense estimates that Al Qahtani was born in 1984, in Al Arib, Saudi Arabia.
