Infernal Sign is a set heavy belt in Diablo II. It is one of the three pieces of the Infernal Tools item set. The Infernal Sign is a bit lackluster in regards to the rest of the set. It does provide a good bonus to life as well as half freeze duration when in possession of the other two pieces.
