Ludas Jimajen (pronounced LOO-dahs JIHM-ah-jehn) was a member of a Tyran merchant clan. He allied himself with Rittevon of Lenman, a Marenite nobleman to conquer the Kyprish Isles, which were in a state of unrest under the Haiming Dynasty and vulnerable. They started the Luarin Conquest in 174 HE. It lasted seven years, and on 181 HE, Rittevon of Lenman was crowned to be the first Rittevon king. They established the luarin rule over the Isles. Ludas Jimajen became the founder of the Jimajen family, a noble house that would still be powerful and wealthy by the 460s HE.
