Regan Teresa MacNeil (born 1961) is a fictional character from William Peter Blatty's horror novel and film The Exorcist and its first sequel, Exorcist II: The Heretic. In both films, she was portrayed by Linda Blair. In the 2014 BBC Radio 4 adaptation, she was played by Lydia Wilson. In the spoof film Repossessed, the possessed Regan-type character was changed from "Regan MacNeil" to "Nancy Aglet".
