This large fortification in the Elddim Glade was used by the 2nd Legion in the Utraean Peninsula before it was sacked by Krug forces led by Huskar the Shaman, veteran spellcaster of the Seck Resurgence who had survived Lady Montbarron's rout of the Krug from Stonebridge and Glitterdelve. The castle was eventually retaken by some adventurers from the 10th Legion, who then cleared the Crystwind Mines and reopened trade between Elddim and Crystwind.
