Simplicity 4953; ca. 1963; Juniors' and Misses' Blouse, Skirt And Top: The blouse has notched type collar, long set-in sleeves pleated to french cuffs, and front button closing. The slim skirt has gathers each side of center front waistline, and is dart-fitted at back. There is a side zipper closing and a back kick pleat. The loosely fitted top is sleeveless, with a V-neckline at front, which is high and rounded at back. There are slit openings at lower edge of each side seam. Top-stitching is optional.
