Edward Michel "Ed" Khayat (born September 14, 1935) is a former college and professional football defensive lineman who played in the National Football League and for the American Football League's Boston Patriots. He was also later a head coach for the Philadelphia Eagles. His career record as a coach is 8-15-2. He attended Tulane University. Khayat attended Moss Point High School from 1949 to 1952 where he lettered in football twice, basketball three times, and baseball three times.
