Collins was a United States Marine stationed at the gates of the United States Embassy in London during Day 9. At around 1:50pm, Jack Bauer caused a commotion among the protesters outside of the embassy with the intention of gaining access. As Collins and other Marines tried to hold the crowds, Jack managed to sneak inside.
