She was only seen when Kevin goes to buy a toothbrush, Kevin asks her if it's approved by the American Dental Association, to which she replies "Well I don't know" so she asks another man named Herb to see if he knew, the minute she asked him, Old Man Marley walks in the store and goes up to Kevin, Kevin backs away from him, scared and accidently walks out without paying for the toothbrush, so she tells a man named Jimmy to stop him. Jimmy told the police to catch him, but Kevin runs away.
