[Source] Medal of Conquest was a Medal awarded to Mandalorian Jicoln Cadera at some point during his life before he went into exile on Taris following the Crusader's schism. In 3642 BBY Jicoln used the medal and his other trophies to lure out the bounty hunter that was pursuing him to claim a Blacklist bounty put on his head.
