Elliott Pike was a Senior Company Operative send in Panama in order to frame Michael Scofield and working under the supervision of Senior Operative Gretchen Morgan. First he used Fox River escapee T-Bag to set up Scofield and Burrows in Sona in order to pull Company mercenary James Whistler out of Sona penitentiary. He then offered in helping Michael breaking out of Sona only if he help Whistler and his book getting out of the prison, in which Michael refused.
