2nd World Outgames was held in Copenhagen, Denmark, from July 25 to August 1, 2010. It was one of the largest international sports and cultural events ever held on Danish soil, with 8,000 people from all corners of the world expected to participate. The theme of the event was, "Love of freedom. Freedom to love", bringing into focus the essence of it all: the freedom that makes it possible to live the love life we desire.
