Happy Birthday, Cookie Monster! is a 1986 Sesame Street storybook featuring Cookie Monster. Cookie Monster is sad when he impulsively devours the cake he planned to share with the guests at his birthday party. When Big Bird, Grover, Ernie and Bert show up, Cookie Monster has nothing to offer them.
