Picky Peck summons the angry spirits of Picky from afar and strike the enemy. When the enemy has less than 30% HP left, the casting of the skill is stopped and the damage is doubled. When base level is over 30, there's a chance the skill will be activated again. For every 30 base levels, the activation chance is increased.
