Northfleet Tower was a 9 storey tower block situated on the Lower Beeches Road in Northfield's Egghill Estate in Birmingham. The block was the most southerly of a group of 4 blocks, lining the western flank of Lower Beeches Road, the others being; Seaton Tower, Pershore Tower and Taunton Tower. They were approved for construction in 1958 and completed in 1960 by Wates. It contained 36 flats. Northfleet Tower was demolished in late 2002/early 2003.
