Fitzy Fitzgerald (played by Cavan Cunningham) is the mayor of Dog River. He takes his job way too seriously and is worried that someone else is going to take it, even though no one wants it. Fitzy always runs unopposed in every mayoral election; in the "alternate" timeline of "Gopher It", Emma Leroy ran against him (and won) but this was all just part of Hank's imagination.
