The Dwanbay Diner is a pub in Earth Valley ran by Oleg. It is only open at night from 5pm - 2am. The diner is being robbed by the Goblin Trio, a gang of Green Goblins during the day when its closed. If you talk to Oleg during the Rose Cochon's first mission, before you leave Earth Vally, he will ask you to guard it. The next morning when you enter the diner to guard it the Goblin Trio runaway as soon as they see Jack Russell.
