The Bright Tree tribe was a group of Ewoks that lived in the village of the same name, on Endor. At the time of the Battle of Endor, the tribe had been led by Chief Chirpa for forty-two seasons. After the Rebel Alliance's victory over the Galactic Empire at Endor, Chirpa was succeeded by his daughter Kneesaa.
