The Nintendo 3DS Browser is a browser for the Nintendo 3DS system supported by Google. Like the DSi Browser and the DS Browser, it cannot search many websites like YouTube and Facebook because it does not support Adobe Flash. To access the browser click the globe icon on the upper right corner in the 3DS menu.
