While Perry and others are blueish color, unkown to human there is another race of platypi which are red. They are quite intelligent and can talk. They are led by an evil dictator named Peter "Hook" Johnson. Hook is #1 on the O.W.C.A.'s hit list. The Reds were at once in peace with the Blues until Hook came into power, he morphed their mission from helping others to world dominaton.
