If the chicken egg is "fertilized" you can put it inside a small box with a nearby light bulb, 60 watts should be good. Any higher will cook the egg. Still the probabilities of it hatching are very low unless the mommy hen does her thing, keeps it warm and guards it. Being an egg incubator is not easy, it requires some egg hatching experience.
