Kopek is presumed to be after "Who's Who in CONTROL", a book compiled by the Chief containing the names and addresses of every CONTROL agent throughout the free world (with the exception of Pittsburgh), but is prevented from gaining possession by Maxwell Smart who knocks him out in a grueling fist fight in the reading room.
