Visitor centers are areas, usually buildings, found in major cities that help people learn about that particular city. It is often the place where you can find a guildmaster from whom you purchase a guild charter and a tabard designer/vendor from whom you purchase a tabard. The visitor center is usually near the main entrance to the city, though this is not always the case.
