Buying a Capital Ships License allows you to purchase the following ships classed as 'Capital Ships' by the Federation Security Council: * Leviathan * Pegasus * Star Liner * IDA Frigate (also requires Capital Warships License) * Federation Destroyer (also requires Capital Warships License and subject to Military Approval) * Federation Carrier (also requires Capital Warships License and subject to Military Approval) The 'Capital Ships License' also allows purchase of the Capital Warships License. This license can be purchased at Spacedock II in the Tichel system.
