The territory appears to be stolen from the Sciotics, since there are Sciotics living in there. They gained independence for the same reason the Sackiverse did. The star clusters appeared to contain exotic life around there and contains abundant amount of resources that can be used for the economy and the military. After gaining independence, they are ruled by the nation called The Democratic Republic of Sciotinia.
