The Universal Raptor Bank is a bank presumably located in Raptos that controls all of the money used by the raptors in the Carnivore Sector. It was robbed by Dasta and Ardul to collect money that Dasta needed to build his replicator. Because the stupid Ardul forgot his mask, the raptors captured them and sent them to prison.
