Wakako Usami (宇佐美 和歌子Usami Wakako) is Sumire's best friend, and possesses the Teleportation Alice. She is an elementary school student. Wakako is in the Natsume-Ruka Fan Club along with Sumire which makes her the Vice President via NARFC (Natsume and Ruka Fan Club). She often helps Sumire bully Mikan. Wakako is voiced by Junko Ueda in the anime.
