Darth Scythe was believed to have been one of Darth Sidious's Imperial shadow guards before the fall of the empire. He was living a nomadic existence, traveling the galax,y working as a freelance mercenary, when he encountered his future Master Darth Typhoeus. He engaged the Sith Lord in battle and lost. However he was given a choice he could join the New Sith Empire and aid them in destroying the Jedi once and for all or he could die. Not wishing his life to end, Scythe agreed, and became one of the leading generals of New Sith Empire.
