Raymond Wong is the general manager of Koei's Singapore branch. At a young age, he developed an interest in computer engineering and made text-based simulation games to share with friends. He later graduated at the Imperial College in London with top honors and gained his master's degree in business administration from the University of Hawaii and the Japan-American Institute of Management Science.
